The Frenchgate Centre - Eat Street

Building Link Design were commissioned by The Frenchgate Centre to help them redesign the Southern Mall to house their new Eat Street concept.

The designs include an interiors concept to provide a retail frontage that brings unison to the various eating establishments within Eat Street and differentiate the zone from the rest of the shopping mall.

The designs included the use of graphic imaging to create a change in aesthetic, whilst limiting delivery time for the project by not needing to make large scale material changes within the building. This in turn limited the impact to trading as a swift implementation of the scheme could occur.

Eat Street’s newest resident, Chopstix Noodle Bar opened at the beginning of April 2017 and joins other High Street brands such as, Greggs, Subway, Graveley’s Fish & Chips, Coffee Time and Crawshaws.
