The Co-operative, Hayfield Lane
Building Link Design were instructed to assist in the creation of two commercial units. The site is situated near the thriving Doncaster/Sheffield Robin Hood Airport on the junction of Hurst Lane and Hayfield Lane, Doncaster.
Building Link Design were employed to carry out a detailed design of a commercial scheme which was granted planning approval prior to our involvement. The proposed commercial units were the first phase of a development within the up and coming Hayfield Lane area.
Building Link Design worked closely with the client throughout to obtain Building Regulation approval and working drawings. The commercial development consists of the well known convenient store ‘The Co-operative’ and a smaller unit along with associated car parking.
