Commercial Units, The Abbey, Dunscroft
Building link Design were appointed to assist in the erection of a commercial development in Dunscroft, Doncaster. The development consists of 6 units, a bin and trolley store and an associated car park over 0.37ha of land.
Working tirelessly with the client and the Local Authority to obtain planning permission in this hectic residential area, Building Link Design were eventually successful in their endeavour. BLD then worked closely with Local Authority Building Control to ensure the development was completely fit for purpose and would be constructed appropriately.
The development comprises of several commercial units such as ‘The Co-operative’ and ‘Dominoes Pizzas’ offering its surrounding area a range of new amenities and commercial facilities.
