BRC, Sutton in Ashfield
In 2007 Building Link were approached to help with the development to extend the current factory and office facilities for BRC in Sutton in Ashfield.
BRC is a leading manufacturer of steel reinforcement and associated products in the UK. The new structure gave the company the space they needed to expand the factory. The main building which housed the factory was 1750m2 along with the offices at 170m2. The yard and car park were also extended too.
The relocation of a new substation was part of the project which was completed in 2008.
