Huellas Wine Bar
Building Link Design were successful in achieving building regulation approval in the development of ‘Huellas Wine Bar’ in Doncaster.
BLD worked closely with the client to convert the previous ‘Jessops’ premises from its former neglected state into a open plan elegant wine bar, incorporating a separate seating area and bar.
Located in Doncaster Town Centre, the development offers a sophisticated late night wine and champagne bar including a roof top terrace area.
The scheme’s successful building regulation approval and working details formerly submitted by BLD allowed the construction work to commence on site.
With a grand opening at the end of February 2016, the project was an overall success.
