Building Link Design have been appointed to assist with the conversion of a former redundant Public House into a Local Convenience Store in order to enhance facilities for the Local Community.
A once tired, redundant and embarrassing building in the heart of the Community has now been given a new lease of life, offering a positive contribution and new amenities.
Careful alteration to the structural elements were required to create an open plan floor space on the ground floor which would suit the new retail space as well as sensitively altering the external facade to create pleasing aesthetics.
