Luxaa Apartments
The project was commissioned by Avant-garde Properties to re-design a prominent site situated on one of the main artery link routes into Doncaster. The steep nature of the site, from front to back, created an ideal opportunity to create diversity in shapes, materials and appearance.
The unique Luxxa Apartments, built with a combination of steel frame and traditional construction methods, typifies the flexibility and working ethic that Building Control shares with the Building Link Design technical team in creating synergy with statutory regulations and creative design.
