Hazelwood House & Cullumbine House
Completed in April 2015, Building Link Design were commissioned to design two new dwellings within a popular village of Barnby Dun. Located just five miles from central Doncaster, these contemporary and stylish new dwellings offer generously proportioned accommodation and are accessed via a gated community.
Building Link Design worked intimately with the client to achieve a successful scheme in the creation of the five bedroom detached dwellings with accommodation over two floors, and were able to achieve Planning Permission and ensure that Building Regulations were successfully granted.
BLD ensured that this exciting new development followed a thoughtful concept design through countless meetings with the client in order to attain their visions for the development. Building Link Design were then instructed to prepare the scheme for Planning Permission and subsequently assisted with the tender documentation.
In seeing the project through to completion, BLD efficiently assisted the client throughout the construction stage ensuring all aspects of their desires were achieved.
