Cliffe Bank
Completed in November 2011, this development of 25 affordable homes included a mixture of 3 & 4 bedroom dwellings, bungalows and disabled person units. These properties are being rented and made available through shared ownership via Johnnie Johnson Housing and have achieved a sustainable homes code level 3 and 4. The steep nature of the site provided an opportunity to develop and interesting design for split level units to the front of the site.
This development was undertaken as a continuation of our strong working relationship with Johnnie Johnson housing Trust following previous success in Wath-upon Dearne.
