Site Progress Photographs 2 Housing Association Schemes in Doncaster
Works are progressing well at our two social housing sites in the Woodlands and Scawsby districts of Doncaster. Working alongside Torpoint Builders and Contractors, on behalf of Johnnie Johnson Housing, we are pleased to see these developments progressing well. The buildings shells on both sites are developing with the first plots close to becoming weather tight. Both schemes will create new bungalows for the over 55’s markets and see valuable additional provision for the town. As part of the works at the Scawsby site, a specialist adapted bungalow has been designed to cater for a family’s specific health care needs. Working alongside DMBC Strategic housing team and the families Occupational Therapists, we hope this adapted bungalow will aid them in leading and enjoying family life.
